Payment and shipping

The following terms apply:

Goods are delivered worldwide.

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

We do not charge shipping costs.

Provision of digital content

No shipping costs are incurred for digital content (data created and supplied in digital form).

Digital content will be sent to you as a file by email within 24 hours after the contract is concluded (where advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).

You will also be notified by email when it is available.

Delivery times

Unless a different period is stated in the respective offer, goods will be delivered within Germany in 3–5 working days, and internationally in 5–7 working days after the contract is concluded (where advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be sent in a single shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.
